Payment: A deposit is required on all orders with the balance due at the time of delivery, unless alternative financing has been arranged. Lease Option: As an alternative to purchasing, you can select our lease-purchase option. The application is quick and simple. Call for more information.  Loan Beds: We provide loaner beds when we receive your beds fro processing. You can use these beds until your job is complete. Trade-In Allowance: A trade-in allowance is provided for any patient bed you purchase. The trade-in allowance will depend on the age and condition of your trade-in, and will be reflected as a price reduction to your total order. Order Changes/Cancellations: Order changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to. Cancellations are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Warranties: All electric beds have a two-year commitment to repair or replace any part that proves defective under normal use and conditions.  Cabinets, over-bed tables, and bed end panels carry a lifetime guarantee against de-lamination. Hand controls are excluded from this warranty. Delivery: All prices are FOB Los Angeles, California. Delivery services are available at an additional charge. Depending on the order, delivery is usually 30 days. We are committed to providing you with the finest quality beds and patient room furniture available. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30-days it will be 20% restock fee. It's that simple. We're committed to repair or replace all parts (under normal use conditions) for two years after your purchase. Our patient room furniture carries a lifetime guaranty against de-lamination.
