Process: We
use a well developed process that includes all maintenance,
preventive and cosmetic operations required to make used beds functionally perfect and like
new. We custom manufacture the trim panels per your direction.
The basic steps in the renovation process include: |

Repair: All
beds are carefully disassembled, individual components are
examined and repaired or replaced. For example, all assemblies are
completely disassembled worn or damaged components are replaced
with new. Rusted or damaged chrome is re-plated; worn or checked
tires are replaced. All plastic parts are carefully examined and
worn chipped or discolored plastic trim is replaced with OEM
parts.

Refinish: The old finish is removed to produce a clean, smooth surface. All motors, cables,
mechanical and electrical systems are thoroughly masked before refinishing.
