Levels of Improvement
Level 1 - In this condition the bed is restored to a condition that qualifies it for service with other beds of a similar age in good condition. Service involves touching up all scratches and blemishes, re-edging or replacing damaged bed ends.
Level 2 - Bed is completely refinished in the original OEM color and new bed ends are provided. 
Level 3 = “Transformation"   - Bed is completely refinished in a new modern color and with new high impact plastic bed ends are installed.
Specialized Equipment/Trained Personnel
Our personnel have spent years developing the techniques required to extend years the life of patient room furniture 10 to 15 years in a mechanically sound and attractive condition. The supervisors and employees have developed an in depth knowledge of the problems inherent in the different makes and models of patient room furniture. Every problem has a solution that experience can provide. In addition, renovation requires an extensive knowledge of existing equipment - its merits and points of weakness. Sources of parts supply and workable solutions for parts no longer supplied by the OEM are part of our stock in trade.
Mechanical Function Processing
All beds receive the same meticulous attention to mechanical condition and carry the same warranty. Whether we are processing customer owned beds or preparing our own inventory for sale, the same inspection and testing procedures are followed.
Beds are disassembled, each component is examined and repaired or replaced as needed.
All assemblies are disassembled. Worn or damaged components are replaced.
Rusted or damaged chrome is re-plated.
Tires are replaced
Worn or chipped plastic parts, or discolored plastic trim are replaced with OEM parts.
 

High/Low Limits – Test upper and lower limit switches.

Contour Limit – Test knee lockout switch for deactivation when head is raised.

Trendelenburg Limits – Test both trendelenburg and reverse trendelenburg functions as well as degree indicator.

High/Low Drive Screw – Inspect, clean and lubricate.

Lockout Switch – Test each lockout switch.

Central Steer & Brake – Test active brake function and steering.

Casters – 

Inspect, clean and lubricate all pivot points.  Replace all wheels.

Side Rails – Test latching mechanism and all switches.

Motors – Test all capacitors for proper strength; inspect all electrical wiring for breaks in insulation.

Pivot Points – Inspect, clean and lubricate all pivot points.

Power Cord – Inspect for cuts and wears.
